Information on Adopting from China
Last revised: 6/13/98
- The Paper Chase:
This is a good overview of the documents needed for a basic dossier and
how they need to be processed. Please note that the information is
posted by a specific adoption agency. Your adoption agency may require
additional documents or require that they be processed slightly
differently. Please check with your agency to see exactly what they need
and how they need it.
- New instructions on how to subscribe
to the A-Parents-China and/or Post-Adopt-China Email mailing lists.
- The excellent Adopting in China: General
Information from Bob and
Suzanne Moreland is now available. A big thanks to Jim Weaver,
once again, for a splendid translation into HTML for the web site! This
document was originally published as a guide to independent adoptions,
which are now longer being processed. Bob and Suzanne have rewritten it
as a guide to adopting from China that contains information that
everyone needs. Highly recommended!
